Practitioners operate independently and remain responsible for their own patients, clinical services, records, equipment, insurance and professional obligations.
Room allocation and booking times are subject to availability and approval by Evolve Health and Wellness.

Hourly room hire
Flexible room hire with a minimum booking of two hours.
Half-day session
A four-hour session suitable for practitioners holding a morning or afternoon clinic.
Full-day booking
An eight-hour booking within the clinic's standard access hours.
Regular weekly booking
Regular agreed days and times for practitioners who require an ongoing clinic base.
Longer-term arrangements
Fixed-term or longer-term arrangements may be available by individual agreement.

Prospective and approved practitioners will be required to:

Standard access hours
The latest standard booking start time is 7:00pm Monday–Friday and 4:00pm on Saturday. Access is available only during confirmed booking periods and remains subject to room availability, building arrangements and public holidays.

Agreement and booking
The rental agreement is completed before access or bookings are confirmed.
Your booking is not confirmed until it has been approved by Evolve Health and Wellness. New practitioners must complete the approval process before using a room.
Cancellation
Ad-hoc hourly room bookings are subject to a 24-hour cancellation policy. When at least 24 hours' notice is provided, the practitioner may request an alternative available date and time or a refund to the original payment method.
Regular, fixed-term and longer-term arrangements are governed by the cancellation and termination provisions in the individual rental agreement.
Professional service address and mail collection
Use of the clinic as a professional service address and access to a mail-collection facility may be available by prior written agreement for an additional monthly fee. Please enquire for further information.
